A delicious stuffed bread
starts with the bread. Pizza dough may be acceptable
to some, but it doesn't make a Stromboli. Our bread
recipe offers your customers and family a crisp
outer wrapping that by itself is worth tasting.
We make it fresh every day. Our dough is then wrapped
around the best tasting all natural ingredients.
And we do it all by hand. It's slower than machines,
but well worth the effort.
They are then quickly baked in our ovens and frozen fresh, to stay fresh in your freezer for up to nine months. No preservatives or additives are ever used. Even though the Stromboli belongs in your freezer section, it's not frozen food, it's real food that happens to be frozen.
From our broccoli & cheese to the Deluxe Combination
Stromboli, only the finest ingredients are ever
used. Our pepperoni is by Hormel, a name known for
quality. Our Italian sausage is also top quality
and is specially prepared to blend well with the
other ingredients. Our ham is hikory smoked for
real flavor, not just boiled. Our provolone is from
whole milk. Our vegetables are farm fresh and grade
A.

good enough for a Stromboli, naturally.In the beginning we offered only Pepperoni & Cheese Stromboli. Its rapid acceptance led us to quickly produce Broccoli & cheese and our first twin pack, Sausage, Peppers & Cheese. Then in 1987, we introduced our Deluxe edition. It's a meal in itself.
